Greg was born and raised in Miami, FL. He is affectionately known as “Father Goose”. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of six at the First Baptist Church of Perrine, FL. Greg came to Eastern Hills Baptist Church in February of 2004 from the First Baptist Church of Paris, TX.

Bring All The Tithes Into The Storehouse

The Tonawanda Indian Reservation is in upstate New York. It is about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. I lived there for a year on the reservation working with Seneca Indian children. Good Tidings of Great Joy!

For behold I bring you good tidings of great joy which shall be for all people. One of the greatest most profound statements made in the Bible was told to the shepherds. “The Messiah is for ALL people”. I love Christmas at Eastern Hills! It is festive beyond belief. Give Thanks!

Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. His love endures forever! Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. I love all the food that we normally wouldn’t get during the rest of the year. I love how the house smells and I love all the relatives coming together. My most memorable Thanksgiving was in 1992 following Hurricane Andrew. How Beautiful

How beautiful are the feet of them that bring good news. I was a summer missionary during my junior year of college in the Republic of Panama. Actually, I was in the Panama Canal Zone so I didn’t really suffer too much for Jesus. I worked for Panama Youth For Christ. My main job was to spend time with kids while the missionaries were on furlough. The experiences we had were amazing. Pressing On

I press on towards the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:14 I will never forget when I first decided to hike on the Appalachian Trail. I had several opportunities beforehand but had politely declined. You see, our church in Panama City had a large hiking club. Dan Harrison tried to convince me several times to go.
