Let’s Come Together and Grow Together

We are excited about a change in the Sunday morning schedule which begins this Sunday morning. Under the theme, "Come Together, Grow Together," Sunday School will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the morning worship will begin at 10:15 a.m. This schedule requires all of us to adjust some of our usual routine on Sunday morning, but all of us can experience a new opportunity for fellowship and togetherness. Stand Firm in Him!

Wow!  I'm awed by what God does in corporate worship! Of course God uses individuals to draw our attention towards Him in worship, but true Worship only occurs when we encounter the tug of His Spirit on our hearts. Still again it's more than that. Take Me to the King

The choir will be singing the anthem "Take Me to the King" written by Kirk Franklin and arranged by Travis Cottrell this Sunday. This song, more than any other in recent times, has had a dramatic impact on me. I find myself singing it in the mornings and throughout the day. It’s really a prayer, a prayer that our church (Eastern Hills) and the churches of our nation so desperately need to embrace.
