A God-Sized Victory

As I mentioned in worship a couple of weeks ago I have been reading a book by Mark Batterson entitled "All In." It's a challenging book rich in spiritual insights. Hills Kids Club Reminder for Monday, July 27

The Hills Kids Club will visit the Montgomery Zoo on Monday, July 27. We will meet at the church at 8:30 am and will return at 2:00 pm. The cost is $20 which includes zoo admission, train ride, hamburger lunch and drink. What to bring: Money for extra snacks, drinks and souvenirs. Satan – The Great Peace Robber

Last week our youth choir was on tour in Kentucky. What a wonderful week! From the first night's concert at Teen Challenge in Chattanooga to the last day's life lessons we were learning on our return I sensed we had prayer warriors at home lifting us up each day. Thank you to so many who committed to pray. We certainly felt it. God's spirit worked in the lives of our young people throughout the week as well as in the lives of those we ministered to.
