Greg was born and raised in Miami, FL. He is affectionately known as “Father Goose”. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of six at the First Baptist Church of Perrine, FL. Greg came to Eastern Hills Baptist Church in February of 2004 from the First Baptist Church of Paris, TX.

It seems like it was just a short time ago that I received a phone call from Rick Marshall asking me if I would be interested in the position as Minster to Preschoolers and Children here at Eastern Hills. Just the night’before, Karen and I had prayed for God to open a door for a different ministry opportunity. Who knew it would be the next day! Bring All The Tithes Into The Storehouse

The Tonawanda Indian Reservation is in upstate New York. It is about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. I lived there for a year on the reservation working with Seneca Indian children. It really was an amazing experience! Our reservation was unique in that it had a long house where Medicine men still practiced their magic and healing. Good Tidings of Great Joy!

For behold I bring you good tidings of great joy which shall be for all people. One of the greatest most profound statements made in the Bible was told to the shepherds. “The Messiah is for ALL people”. I love Christmas at Eastern Hills! It is festive beyond belief. Give Thanks!

Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. His love endures forever! Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. I love all the food that we normally wouldn’t get during the rest of the year. I love how the house smells and I love all the relatives coming together. My most memorable Thanksgiving was in 1992 following Hurricane Andrew.
